What happens when two biker girls infiltrate a rival biker gang to learn and steal the secrets to their operation? Not anything good, when they are discovered and captured by the biker gang leader. Tightly roped in their fishnets and high heeled boots, heavily tape gagged, and ankles attached to concrete blocks, the girls are drilled by the leader as to what they have been up to since joining her gang. The Leader knows that they know too much, and must be eliminated. She decides that a date to go swimming with concrete shoes is in order for the pair of helpless damsels, who have no way out of this predicament, and are now facing what will become their imminent end!
