A Site Inspector pays a visit to a long running construction site. What she finds is evidence that the site Foreman is taking kickbacks, in order to keep the construction of a new mall underway. When The Foreman of the site is notified of the results of the insepction by The Inspector, she is furious, and leads The Inspector into her basement office for a private consultation. The inspector is quickly taken captive, as she is tied up with zip ties, tape gagged, and restrained! The Foreman makes the call to the shipping department.
