We find a rather slutty home owner, tied and gagged in her very own living room. Dressed in 6" CFM pumps, fishnet pantyhose, spandex mini skirt, and silk blouse. Mouth sealed tight with duct tape. Her wrists bound behind her back with black electrical tape, and her upper body bound with more electrical tape. As a masked female Bandit enters with even more elecrtical tape and binds the helpless captive shoes onto her feet, the heels of her shoes, ankles, and below and above her knees. And off The Bandit goes to loot the house. Returning with the loot, she then draws her calling card on the home owners tape gag. Red lips drawn with lipstick. The Lipstick Bandit has once again struck, as her crime spree continues, leaving the woman tied and gagged, with The Bandit's calling card for all to see. When she is found, that is!
