Miss America has been captured by the sadistic Dr. Evil in an unknown hotel location. Now she finds herself helpless as Dr. Evil resumes his criminal plans for his diabolical Empire. Miss America has been secured to an office chair on wheels, tied to the chair with blue duct tape. Her mouth is sealed shut with wide microfoam tape topped off with 2 wrap around tape gags of blue and red electrical tape. Legs tied together with blue and white duct tape. Here is where Miss America's outfit upgrades begin, as she is now in red, white, and blue star spangled leggings with suntan pantyhose on underneath the leggings. The struggle ensues to escape from her chair bondage, as she makes her way around the room, tied to the chair, gagged, unable to escape.
