This is the first part of "A Binding Contract", where you will fully see what the secretary has been put under contract for. To be bound, gagged, and fully controlled by her Boss, whenever and wherever he desires. In this case, it is during a business trip in a hotel, where The Boss has restricted his secretary to little or no movement, using zip ties to bind her wrists in front of her, to bind her ankle and knees, wrists connected to her knee tie. Several layers of microfoam tape has been wrapped around her head and over her mouth, for complete silence, while he is out and about taking care of work business. She is left bound on the couch, to struggle and to make herself at home. But this is only the first of 3 positions, as you will see, as we progress to the second position in Part II of "A Binding Contract".
