This is the debut of a new Series of videos I am producing just for my Halloween Extravaganza, Focusing on masked Halloween characters that I am developing. This one, i have affectionately named, "Hooligan", aptly named after a song written and performed by KISS. This scene also features a scary Halloween soundtrack, a lighted candle, and 2 very realistic lanterns with eery lighting. Hooligan is zip cuffed in this scene, legs bound at the ankles, above and below the knees, and thighs with black electrical tape, and tape gagged under the mask. First tied sitting on a chair struggle, then a floor tie struggle. Dressed in white ankle boots, Leohex ultra shimmery tights, white silk blouse and black gloves. A trapped victim tied and stashed away underneath a set of stairs in an unknown basement location.
